Peeling sweet potatoes can be a hassle due to their uneven surface. I used to peel 10-20 a week for my dog’s food and was getting carpal tunnel syndrome from my old peeler. So, I took a chance on this new one. The blade’s shape really contributes to its efficiency. It works incredibly well and gets used almost daily. I highly recommend it.

After much searching and trying different peelers, I finally found this one that works wonders. It’s sharp, comfortable to hold due to its spongy texture, and the right size for leverage, yet not too big for my small hands. The bright orange color is not only fun but also makes it easy to find. It adjusts well to peeling both thin and thick layers.

This is an excellent peeler, sharp and suitable for both right and left-handed use. My husband, who is left-handed, and I, who am right-handed, can both use it, eliminating the need for two separate peelers. It does an excellent job and I would buy it again.

This style of peeler is the best I’ve used. I’ve always had trouble with peelers clinging to the peelings, possibly due to my wrist action. These peelers make the job much easier. I bought one for my daughter to take to her dorm, and I kept one; she gets to start her independent life with an easy-to-use tool.

I have two of these peelers in each of my homes. They are incredibly sharp, durable, and the blade works in both directions. The blade lasts long before needing sharpening and can be reversed, extending its life. I’ve used them for years, rarely needing replacements. I wouldn’t choose any other brand.
