Using this for the first time was quite challenging, and I barely managed to reach 15 minutes. My thighs feel incredibly sore, and I was gasping for breath, which was kind of amusing. The resistance is impressively intense, almost like trekking uphill through heavy snow.

We’re over 65 and found it easy to assemble and use. It doesn’t take much space and has good resistance. The counter doesn’t reset the total steps for multiple users without removing the battery. The arm bands are great for upper body workouts.

I’m surprised people can use this for ten minutes because my calves and thighs start burning after just two minutes. I have to motivate myself to keep going. The longest I’ve done is five minutes, and I’m out of breath by then. It’s great for a quick workout during a work shift.

I really like this stepper. I use it while watching TV or movies. It’s fairly quiet and, though heavy, it’s easy to store in a corner. I haven’t used it enough to see big changes, but I definitely feel it working my legs and glutes.

I’m 70 and found this machine great, especially for my bad knees. I’m starting with 5 minutes and hope to increase to 15-20 minutes. It was easy to put together. I just wish I could make the tension lighter. Still, I love it and plan to use it every day.

It was ready to use straight out of the box. The adjustable step height is a nice feature. I did a 30-minute workout and was sweating a lot. I hope it lasts and doesn’t become squeaky.
