What’s great is that they are not made of styrofoam; they have a puffy jacket-like material, providing more confidence in faucet protection. Unlike styrofoam, they withstand weather conditions. They are incredibly easy to put on with an attached Velcro fastener. I’ve used them through two freezes, and they held up perfectly.

I placed them over the tap faucets and secured them easily. Just remember to snug them up against the outside wall. I gave it four stars because they are slightly long for our taps, which might not matter but creates a small dead space. However, this could be an advantage if your tap protrudes further from the wall than standard taps.
