Turn it clockwise until you reach the core’s bottom, feeling it release. Next, I use a small sharp knife to detach the edible parts from the core. Save that precious juice! The cutter should lift straight up, leaving the core to be discarded separately. This is safer and faster than using a knife. It took me a few minutes to assemble and test, but once I got the hang of it, it worked flawlessly on two pineapples. Just ensure the cut ends are straight and flush before inserting the tool into the pineapple. The cutter pulls out with ease, but it might be a bit challenging for older users. For them, I suggest using a lower cutting table for easier pushing and pulling. Alternatively, laying the pineapple on its side and pulling the cutter out horizontally can be easier for those with less upper body strength
