Works extremely well! It heats up faster than I had expected and the vibration option makes this product top tier. I would definitely buy again for myself or even as a gift. This would have been extremely helpful when I was a teen dealing with menstrual cramps.

I LOVE this belt! It doesn’t squeeze your waist to the point of discomfort and you can barely even feel the belt in general. It heats up in SECONDS and that’s not even an exaggeration! Takes little time to charge too.
