My son considers this his favorite “toy” and best friend. I use it in combination with the hat, and he practices walking everywhere while I feel reassured about his safety. However, it’s important to note that if you’re looking for total protection, this may not be the solution, especially if your baby tends to fall backward. Nonetheless, it’s a beautiful accessory.

The product is impressively sturdy, plush, and securely attaches as a backpack. My son is currently working on standing and has fallen back a couple of times, but thanks to his turtle shell, he hasn’t suffered any head injuries. I strongly recommend buying it for the peace of mind it offers in preventing head injuries.

I can’t stress enough how many times this product has saved my child from head injuries on both tile and carpet. When he falls now, it’s just the shock of the fall, and there are no tears due to head impacts. The cushion is adjustable and the design is adorable.

I have a lot of love for this product. It has proven highly effective as my 6-month-old learns to crawl. I chose the elephant design, but if you’re undecided, I strongly recommend considering the turtle. When my baby crawls, she already looks like a turtle, and when she falls back with her arms and legs in the air, she resembles a turtle flipped over on its shell. It’s sure to bring lots of laughter, and I regret not choosing the turtle.

It doesn’t seem to bother the baby much; he doesn’t even realize he has it on. It effectively protects the back of his head from backward falls. I would recommend it.
